Conference Fees

Fees are outlined on the registration form. Members
pay $65 per day, Non-member $115 per day. Registrations
after March 29th and on-site are $10 higher.
Membership Rate:
Membership is not included in your conference fees.
To get a member rate, you must be a current member -OR-
pay for a membership with your conference registration.
Credit Cards:
We are now able to accept credit cards! Please send
the separate
credit card slip with your form. If you do not want
to mail it, you can fax it in. If you prefer to give
us your credit card information over the phone, please
call us after you have faxed in your
form.
Cancellation Fee:
Requests for cancellation of registration and refund
must be received by phone or in writing, no later than
5:00 pm, October 3rd. A $25 processing fee will be deducted
and checks will be mailed following the conference.
The same policies apply to purchase orders. SORRY NO
REFUNDS FOR last minute illnesses or emergencies. You
are welcome to substitute another person in your place.
Pre-Registration
To pre-register, complete the
Registration
Form (.pdf) and return with your payment.

FAX your registration to: 503-496-0520 if accompanied
by a purchase order or voucher or credit card information.
E-mail your registration to: oaeyc@oregonaeyc.org
if a check, voucher or purchase order is mailed prior
to the conference.
No registrations will be taken
by phone, but phone inquiries are welcome:

Postmark, fax or email
must be no later than April 10th to receive early rate.
Postmarks, emails and faxes after April 10th
will be at the On-Site rate. Registrations
must be RECEIVED by April 17th at the latest
or will be handled on-site.
Does your program take a long
time to process payments?
Make a photocopy of your registration and send along
with a note that the originals have been sent to the
business office for payment processing. Check before
you leave for the conference that the business office
has followed up with your payment. That way you can
be registered by the deadline even if the payment is
delayed.
Workshop and Seminar Selection
You may pre-select workshops or seminars. Many workshops
have limited capacity, once full the workshop is closed.
If you want particular workshops, please register early.
Late registrants may not receive their first or second
choices.

Membership Grants
If you require some financial assistance to attend this
conference, send a letter or postcard with your name,
address, phone number, and request for partial assistance
no later than March 22nd!
Send your request for one of the
following to:
OAEYC Grants, PO Box 1455, Tualatin, OR 97062
• $65 grant for a OAEYC Regular membership, you then
pay member rate.
• $55 grant for student membership, you then pay student
member rate.
• $20 grant toward conference fees only if you
are already a member and do not qualaify for
John & Betty Gray scholarship.
You pay the remaining costs for each grant. No more
than two grants per program site with preference given
to those traveling a long distance.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers who work half time to support the conference
can attend the other half for free. Workshop hosts who
attend all sessions, receive a free lunch. Call OAEYC
at 503-496-3991 or 1-800-452-3610 for information or
to volunteer no later than April 2nd.
Food at the Conference
There will be coffee, tea, muffins and bagels each morning
at the conference. There will be a convenient buffet
lunch available each day for $15 including service charges.
There will be a vegan and vegetarian options available
by request.
